A serious crash has closed the A65 Southbound in Skipton on Wednesday (November 1) afternoon.
Emergency services have rushed to the scene of a crash on the the A65 Southbound in Skipton. The road has been closed from 12.40pm between the A59 to A6069 Otley Road.
Pictures of the incident have shown the Yorkshire Air Ambulance landing at the scene on Wednesday afternoon. Firefighters as well as North Yorkshire Police are in attendance.

It is not clear what has happened at this time or how many people have been involved. Our traffic and travel partner Inrix reports the road has been shut after a crash.
INRIX reports: “A65 Southbound closed due to accident from The A59 to A6069 Otley Road. Traffic is coping well. Note change of details.On-going since around 12:40. Intially reported to be at the Haw Park Roundabout.”
