“Happy Birthday, Mom. Thank you for being the amazing woman that you are! We Love you,” he wrote. Cameron Douglas’ mother, Diandra Luker, was born in 1955.

She is a producer known for the 2008 drama film, “Broken Lines,” the 1997 award-winning film “Off the Menu: The Last Days of Chasen’s” and the 1985 Emmy Award-winning documentary, “American Masters.”

Luker has four children. Cameron Douglas is her first child, whom she shares with her ex-husband Michael Douglas who co-starred with Paud Rudd and Michael Peña in Marvel’s adventure film “Ant-Man.”

She welcomed her twin sons, Hawk and Hudson, via surrogacy in 2004 with ex-fiancé Zach Bacon III, and her adoptive daughter Imara was born in 2005. Luker likes to spend time with her children, and she often shares posts of them hanging out.

Cameron Douglas’ mother once had a custody battle with her Ex, Zach, over their twin sons. The custody battle turned ugly after each party had endless accusations. Luker accused Zach of domestic violence, which he denied, while he accused her of being selfish and not putting the interest of their sons first.

Based on reports, Zack wanted their children to live in New York, where he was working, while Luker wanted the kids to live in California, where she owns an estate in Santa Barbara.

Luker’s marriage to Cameron’s father was from 1977 until 2000. Her divorce from her first husband, Michael, who remarried Catherine Zeta-Jones, made headlines. According to reports, the divorce cost the “Basic Instinct” actor $45 million, including the former couple’s Santa Barbara, California estate.

Even though the divorce settlement cost the Emmy Award winner a fortune, he admitted he had nothing against Luker; however, he revealed during an interview his biggest regret is he wished he had divorced his first wife sooner.
