A BABY left medics stunned as he was born with two penises due to a rare medical condition.
The baby boy who was born in Pakistan had two fully functional members, with one being 1cm bigger than the other.

The extraordinary phenomenon is called diphallia- a rare medical defect that affects one in six million.
And then in an even more extraordinary case, he was found to have no anus – an ailment that affects just 1 per cent of people with diphallia.
The medics who published the case in the medical journal International Journal of Surgery Case Reports, revealed the newborn could pass urine from “both orifices.”
Doctors chose to leave the penises intact but did not reveal why.
But surgeons performed a colonoscopy so the boy could pass stool.
The operation happened immediately after birth and the boy was monitored for two days after surgery.
The journal read: “The higher complexity and mortality associated with diphallia is because of the accompanying anomalies of the urogenital and gastrointestinal system.
The boy was treated at the Children‘s Hospital at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences.

Doctors who examined him found he had no anus but two “well-formed phalluses” one of which was 1.5cm, while the other was 2.5cm.
And scans revealed he had a single bladder which was attached to two urethras.
His parents had no family history of any birth defects.
It comes as last year another boy born with two penises had to have one removed – but doctors chose to take the larger one.
The youngster, from Brazil, “complete” diphallia, as opposed to having only an “accessory” penis or stump.
