Ant and Dec have issued a health update on Jamie Lynn Spears after her exit was confirmed following an emotional few days in the camp.
Britney Spears’ sister’s exit was confirmed at the start of the episode, following a rough few days which included an emotional breakdown over a cube of chocolate.
Ant and Dec then made an announcement to ITV1 and ITVX viewers in which they confirmed how Jamie has been doing since she left the show.

Ant and Dec said: “Jamie Lynn Spears has left the camp on medical grounds. The good news is Jamie is doing fine and she goes away with our best wishes.”
Last night, fans of the show saw Jamie Lynn break down in camp over a cube of chocolate. The camp failed to win luxury items but did manage to get a bar of chocolate which they shared but it was too much for Jamie and she left the camp to go and cry.

It comes just days after Masterchef star Grace Dent left the show as well, for similar reasons.
An ITV spokesman said: “Jamie Lynn Spears has left I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds.
“She’s been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities.”
It leaves the ITV show in crisis, having shed 2 million viewers at the start of the series and now facing a series of high profile withdrawals to boot.
In tonight’s scenes, Nigel and Nick took on a water trial and managed to get 6 stars, even though Nigel couldn’t hack it and chose to Leave the water tank early.
