Phinnaeus Moder is the eldest son of Julia Roberts and Danny Moder. Although he is rarely seen in public, Phinneaus is known to like extreme sports such as skateboarding and surfing.

Her twins are now grown up but rarely make public appearances. Between the two, Phinneaus has been seen around Los Angeles with his dad.

After first crossing paths in 2000, Phinneaus’ parents tied the knot in 2002. They welcomed him two years later, on November 28, 2004, alongside his twin sister, Hazel Patricia.

Finally, when the big day came, Phinneaus was born around three in the morning. His parents gave him the birth name Phinneaus Walter Moder, an extended version of what his parents originally wanted. Phinneaus’ mom shared on “Live with Regis and Kelly:”

“My husband wanted to name him Finn, which I quite liked, but it seemed like a nickname. So I said, we had to have a proper name, and then we can call him Finn.”

In 2021, he shared a rare photo of the twins during their 17th birthday while wearing matching wonder woman shirts. “Thank you for helping me through fatherhood,” he said.

In June of the same year, Danny stepped out with his son to stroll around Los Angeles. Phinneaus was visibly tall as he sported a plain back crew neck shirt, pants, and a black backpack. He also held a skateboard and appeared to be a sports fan.

Besides having a twin sister, Phinneaus also has a younger brother named Henry, born on June 18, 2007. Like his siblings, Henry was shielded from the media but sometimes appeared in his father’s social media posts.

He also shares a love for skateboarding, among other extreme sports, such as surfing and BMX. In 2021, Henry’s dad uploaded a video of him doing tricks on a ramp.

The youngest, Henry, is the only child who will remain with his parents. Phinneaus and Hazel are headed to independence and college in the fall of 2022. In a rare instance, Roberts talked about her twins leaving home. According to Us Weekly, she said:

“I mean, it makes me a little lightheaded. You say that, I mean, I’m completely excited for them. It’s really thrilling, and I wasn’t lucky enough to have a college experience, and so, to see how it’s happening for them is really fascinating.”

The world has yet to know what careers Phinneaus and Hazel are pursuing, but it seems like it is not something in the entertainment industry. Julia Roberts has shielded her children from the spotlight as she did not want them to follow in her footsteps for the wrong reasons.
