Rob Lowe was spotted staying active over Easter weekend as he went for a shirtless beach run in Montecito.
The actor, who used to be a child star and recently celebrated his 61st birthday on March 17, appeared to be in great shape and exuded youthfulness. He showcased his well-defined abdomen, wearing red shorts and a matching red baseball cap.
Despite the Hollywood star’s enduring looks and long run of popular film and television appearances, he was recently mistaken for another star.
Lowe revealed last week on Instagram that a tour guide driving through Hollywood had hilariously mixed him up with Full House star John Stamos.
During his workout session on Sunday, the actor from the movie Outsiders playfully teased Nicole Kidman about one of her daring roles. He opted to wear his baseball cap backward, allowing the sun to shine on his sun-kissed face along with his rugged goatee.
As a father of two children, he has two sons, Matthew aged 32, and John aged 29, with his 63-year-old wife, Sheryl Berkoff. During his workout, he revealed his tattooed muscular arms and accessorized with a lengthy chain adorned with a cross pendant.

The passengers cheered ‘no’ in unison, prompting Rob to ask: ‘Who am I?’
Scattered voices shouted out his name, to which he emphatically replied, ‘Thank you!’
In the caption he tagged his younger son to question if he was being pranked, writing, ‘@johnnylowe am I being Punk’d?’

He added lightheartedly, ‘He loves to dress like a dad. I give him a lot of crap. So I took my most dad [shoes]… Hokas.’
