Joey Graziadei is saying farewell to his stint on the Dancing With the Stars: Live Tour.
Graziadei, 29, expressed on Instagram on Saturday, April 19, the conclusion of his journey on Dancing With the Stars, stating that many aspects of the experience were remarkable, and bidding farewell to this chapter in his life.
Accompanying his message were several photos from the tour featuring himself and his Dancing With the Stars season 33 partner, Jenna Johnson. In one photo, they joyfully raised their hands above their heads while facing the audience.
He expressed gratitude to his extraordinary partner, Jenna Johnson, acknowledging that none of this would have been achievable without her. He appreciated the unique experience she created for him every day and mentioned his difficulty in realizing that their dancing journey was concluding. Despite this, he expressed confidence in the lasting nature of their friendship and excitement for the future memories they will build together.
Graziadei continued by thanking the DWTS tour, gushing that the “group of pros and celebrities are truly special people.” He added, “My favorite part of this has been the little moments and being able to share the stage with all of you every night. This was truly a special group of people and I can’t wait to see how each of you continue to shine in the future.”
The former Bachelor went on to thank his fiancée, Kelsey Anderson, and his loved ones. (Graziadei popped the question to Anderson in the finale of The Bachelor season 28, which aired in 2024.)
“My support system through all of this was so crucial and I know I couldn’t do it without the love and support I felt everyday,” he concluded. “Last but most certainly not least, thank you to all of the fans! The support that we felt all season was unbelievable and it was so amazing to be able to tour around the US and feel the energy and love face to face. I mean it when I say this was the experience of a lifetime 🕺🏻.”
Johnson wrote in the comments section, “Sobbing… again. Team twinning forever 🫶🏼.” Johnson, for her part, went on to pen her own farewell message to the DWTS: Live Tour and Graziadei.
“This is it…. OUR LAST DANCE 😭 I’ve dreaded making this post for the past couple of months so bear with me while I try to articulate all of my emotions!!” she wrote via Instagram on Saturday. “After the season finished, Joey and I knew we’d be going on tour together so it didn’t feel like the end of our journey just yet. The past couple of months getting to tour, perform for, and meet ALL the beautiful fans who supported us while on the show (and helped get us that mirrorball 🥹) has been a dream come true. Not to mention getting to dance with my friends and reminisce on how special it is getting to do what we love most.”
Johnson gushed that crossing paths with Graziadei on DWTS “felt like meeting someone I’ve known my whole life.”
“Getting to be your coach, dance partner, and friend has truly changed my life,” she wrote. “This is the end of an incredible chapter in our lives but definitely not the end of our friendship! And don’t forget that I will still be in coach mode when Val and I choreograph yours & @kelseyanderson first dance 🤗 This may be our last dance but the memories we’ve shared will last a lifetime! #teamtWINning.”
In response to Johnson, Graziadei noted that he’s “still very much in denial.” He added, “Thank you for being such an amazing person who has given me so much over these last few months. This experience truly would not have been the same without you. Let’s have so much fun tonight and soak it all in!”
