Ivanka Trump skips White House Easter party to spend time with Jared Kushner and his family in Costa Rica

Ivanka Trump was seen spending time with the Kushners in Costa Rica before missing the annual White House Easter Egg Roll with the Trumps.

President Donald Trump, accompanied by Melania Trump and son Don Jr., celebrated Easter together at the White House’s South Lawn.

However, Ivanka, 43, was not present. Instead, she was enjoying a beach vacation in Costa Rica with her husband Jared Kushner’s family.

The couple, along with their three kids Arabella, 13, Joseph, 10, and Theodore, eight, have been enjoying a lavish vacation with the Kushners over the last few days.

And on Saturday, photographers caught them sharing a sweet moment with Jared’s family on the beach.

Ivanka, Jared, 44, and their children posed for photos with the rest of the Kushner family, which included Jared’s parents, Charles and Seryl Kushner, his brother, Joshua Kushner, and Joshua’s wife, Karlie Kloss, amongst others.

The blonde beauty donned a skin-tight white gown with a blue floral pattern, which showcased her toned physique.

Mom-of-two Karlie, who announced she was expecting her third child last month, opted for a white mini dress and strappy sandals.

Later on in the day, Ivanka switched into a black one-piece so she could get into the water and catch some waves. 

The revealing swimsuit contained a cut-out in the chest area and a slit on the neckline.

Ivanka has been vacationing with the Kushners for days now.

Last week, she was seen showing off her sun-kissed beach bod while surfing in a vibrant tangerine two-piece.

While sisters-in-laws Karlie and Ivanka both married into the Kushner family, the pair aren’t often pictured together, and have found themselves on very different sides of the political fence.

Their lack of interactions have sparked speculation of a rift between them – most recently, they both attended the same wedding but were not photographed together. 

But they seemed to squash the feud rumors with their latest vacation.

Meanwhile, in Washington, D.C., Donald and Melania celebrated Easter with the annual White House Easter Egg Roll.

Dressed in a pale-colored trench coat, the first lady was focused on the children, giving them high fives and encouraging them in the competition. 

President Trump applauded his wife for planning the affair, which was expected to draw more than 40,000 people to the White House’s South Lawn. 

‘I just want to give a special thank you to our great first lady who organized this entire event,’ the president said. ‘She worked very, very hard on it. She worked very hard.’

He continued: ‘I said, “What are you doing?” She said, “I’m working on the egg roll.” I said, “That sounds like a lot of fun,” And we’re going to have a lot of fun in just a couple of minutes.’ 

Trump also paid tribute to Pope Francis, who died earlier Monday, saying he was putting the flags at half-staff to honor the pontiff.

‘He was a good man, he worked hard and loved the world,’ he said, before he told reporters he didn’t know if he was going to the pope’s funeral or not. 

Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend Bettina Anderson, along with Don Jr.’s children, joined the first couple. 

Kai Trump – the president’s oldest granddaughter – was there along with siblings Donald III, Tristan, Spencer and Chloe.

She served as a top advisor to her father, giving up her life as a socialite and fashion designer, and moving her young family from New York City to DC.

But after Trump lost the 2020 election, ‘Javanka’ broke ranks and decamped to a $24 million mansion in Miami to lick their wounds.

Those in the know say Ivanka is now solely focused on her role as a mother, rebuilding her socialite credentials… and earning back the friendship of celebrity pals who abandoned her during the first Trump administration.

Since leaving politics behind, Ivanka has enjoyed an extremely jet-set and lavish lifestyle, and she is often spotted setting out on glamorous getaways.
