Images of Pope Francis’s tomb at the Basilica of Saint Mary Major in Rome were made public by the Vatican on Sunday.

Following the cardinals’ tribute, the basilica welcomed the general public, with thousands queuing up to see the final resting place of Pope Francis, who passed away on Easter Monday.
