A TEENAGER was arrested after he allegedly instructed children online to molest their siblings and send him proof.
Christian Scribben, a teenager aged 17, faced charges related to instructing a child to perform sexual acts, using a computer to communicate with a child under false pretenses of age, and unauthorized use of a communication device.

Investigators shared the 17-year-old’s mugshot on Facebook and claimed that he had exploited young children via the popular video game, Roblox.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office in Marion County, Florida, first began its investigation into the teen in February.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office was alerted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a Marion County resident who was reportedly encouraging children to sexually abuse their younger siblings and produce explicit material within the video game Roblox.
“Through Major Crimes Detective Henrik Osthed’s investigation, he learned that Scribben was responsible for the vile messages.”
The sheriff’s department stated it then obtained a search warrant to search Scribben’s property.
The sheriff’s department, along with the Ocala Police Department SWAT Team, searched the teen’s home on April 16.
During the search, Scribben was interviewed by Detective Osthed about his Roblox activity.
During questioning, Scribben allegedly confessed to actively seeking out children on Roblox on a daily basis. He purportedly instructed them to engage in sexual activities with their siblings and produce inappropriate material involving children, as claimed by the law enforcement agency.
“After establishing a connection on Roblox, he would move the conversation to either Discord or text messaging.”
Unlike text messages, Discord allows users to chat anonymously with other users.
Scribben allegedly admitted that he used the content for sexual gratification.
However, police claim the teen said there was one instance where he wanted proof that the child was actually doing what he told him to do.
“Scribben went on to admit that he would misrepresent his age to appear more ‘acceptable’ to young children,” the post continued.
The teen allegedly admitted to talking with four to five children every day for the past year.
“Further investigation to identify the victims in this case is ongoing.”
Police arrested the teen on April 16 and originally put him in the Department of Juvenile Justice.

17-YEAR-OLD ARRESTED FOR EXPLOITING CHILDREN ON ROBLOX
Yesterday, Christian Scribben (W/M, DOB: 11/14/2007) was direct filed into the Marion County Jail for Directing a Sexual Performance by a Child, Utilizing a Computer to Solicit a Child while Misrepresenting Age, and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communications Device.
On February 28, 2025, MCSO received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) that a user in Marion County was directing children to molest their younger siblings and produce child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the video game Roblox. Through Major Crimes Detective Henrik Osthed’s investigation, he learned that Scribben was responsible for the vile messages. He then obtained a search warrant for Scribben’s residence, located at 1910 NW 40th Avenue Road, in Ocala. On April 16, 2025, the Ocala Police Department SWAT Team assisted with the execution of the search warrant, and several of Scribben’s devices were collected for further digital forensic examination.
While executing the search warrant, Detective Osthed interviewed Scribben about his activity on Roblox. Scribben provided user information, which confirmed he was the owner of the account referenced in the NCMEC tip. Throughout the interview, Scribben admitted to proactively searching for children on Roblox daily, whom he would instruct to engage in sexual activity with their siblings and create CSAM. After establishing a connection on Roblox, he would move the conversation to either Discord or text messaging. Scribben advised that most of the CSAM he demanded was used for sexual gratification. However, in one specific instance, he just wanted proof that the sexual abuse was actually occurring as he directed. Scribben went on to admit that he would misrepresent his age to appear more “acceptable” to young children, and that he has done this to four or five children a day, every day for the past year. Further investigation to identify the victims in this case is ongoing.
Scribben was originally placed under arrest on April 16, 2025, and transported to the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ). He has now been direct filed into the Marion County Jail, where he is held without bond.
Due to the disturbing nature of these crimes and the evidence gathered throughout the investigation, detectives believe there may be other victims. If you have any information, please contact Detective Osthed at (352) 351-4710.
He has since been moved to the Marion County Jail, where he is held without bond.
“Due to the disturbing nature of these crimes and the evidence gathered throughout the investigation, detectives believe there may be other victims,” the post ended.
“If you have any information, please contact Detective Osthed at (352) 351-4710.”
PUBLIC REACTS
Under the post, concerned users are begging law enforcement to release the teen’s user name.
“PLEASE: Let the public know his Discord and Roblox user names so parents can search their children’s accounts,” one commenter wrote.
“I’m sure parents can provided more information if they had the screen name,” another wrote.
Other commenters were quick to condemn the teen’s alleged actions.
“Technology has given legs to abusers. They can enter your home without you ever knowing,” one parent wrote.
“God forbid these devices were developed for good, yet used for demonic acts against our children.”
ROBLOX INVESTIGATION
On the day of Scribben’s arrest, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier issued a subpoena to Roblox for information about how it markets to children, Click Orlando reported.
“There are concerning reports that this gaming platform, which is popular among children, is exposing them to harmful content and bad actors,” Uthmeier said.
“We are issuing a subpoena to Roblox to uncover how this platform is marketing to children and to see what policies they are implementing — if any — to avoid interactions with predators.
“In 2024, Roblox had more than 85 million daily active users, an estimated 40% of whom being under the age of 13.”
Roblox did not immediately respond to The U.S. Sun’s request for more information.
