A vehicle collided with the entrance of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Manila, Philippines on Sunday. Unfortunately, this incident resulted in the deaths of two individuals and caused injuries to several others, confirmed by authorities.
The victims of the crash were identified as a man and a young girl. Tragically, the collision involving a black SUV claimed the lives of the man and the girl, while four more individuals sustained injuries. Discrepancies arose regarding the age of the girl involved, with the Philippine Red Cross stating that she was four years old, whereas Secretary of Transportation Vivencio Hizon indicated that she was five years old.
According to NAIA reports, a “vehicular accident” occurred on Sunday as a vehicle breached the airport’s outer railing, crashing into the walkway near the entrance of Terminal 1.

Dozens of emergency personnel were seen at the airport surrounding the vehicle, which was later removed from the scene.
The airport operator said it is working with the authorities to investigate the incident.
