At least nine individuals have sustained injuries during a shooting incident at a dining establishment.
The gunshots erupted at a steakhouse in Arizona while patrons were enjoying festivities in honor of Cinco de Mayo.
The incident occurred at approximately 7:45 pm local time, leading law enforcement officials to initiate a search for multiple shooters.
Witnesses spoke of the chaos that unfolded outside the restaurant.
“I heard people yelling out names,” Lupe Rodriguez told the CBS affiliate KPHO-TV.
Rodriguez claimed that there was a man on the ground.
“His father was yelling out his name,” he said.
“It was pretty bad.”
Rodriguez admitted he was shaken up following the horror.
Cops fear nine people could be injured.
The victims conditions remain unknown as investigations remain ongoing.
Police have not yet made any arrests.
And, they have not revealed a motive behind the shooting.
Cops sealed off the nearby area, but say there is no threat.

Cinco de Mayo celebrations were held across the US over the weekend.
The festivities mark the Mexican army’s victory over French forces in the 1862 Battle of Puebla.
