WWE’s ‘Saturday Night’s Main Event’: Start Time, Where To Watch, Card, Streaming Info

Live from Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, WWE’s historic Saturday Night’s Main Event returns to NBC!

The inaugural Saturday Night’s Main Event occurred in May 1985 at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. The headlining match saw Hulk Hogan (accompanied by Mr. T) successfully defend his WWF Championship against Bob Orton (with Roddy Piper). Fast forward nearly four decades, and WWE is set to revisit Long Island for what promises to be an evening brimming with nostalgic wrestling entertainment.

The event will be headlined by Cody Rhodes defending his Undisputed WWE Championship, which for one night only will most likely be the popular “Winged Eagle Championship,” against Kevin Owens. Could Bob Orton’s son Randy make an appearance to earn a measure of revenge on Owens for the dastardly piledriver that knocked Orton out of action? The time seems right for the return of The Viper.

The card also includes a triple-threat heavyweight title match between Gunther, Finn Balor, and Damion Priest, the finals of the inaugural WWE Women’s United States Championship tournament, Liv Morgan defending her Women’s Championship against Iyo Sky, and a grudge match between Sami Zayn and Drew McIntyre.
