Sharing the heartwarming news on her Instagram page on Tuesday, Savannah Chrisley announced that her parents are on the verge of being released from prison thanks to the presidential pardon from Trump.
In the emotional video, Savannah revealed that she had received the amazing news over a phone call from Trump while she was shopping at Sam’s Club.
“The president called me personally as I was walking at the Sam’s Club and notified me that he was signing pardon paperwork for both of my parents. So both my parents are coming home tonight or tomorrow, and I’m freaking out,” she said excitedly.

The news of Todd and Julie’s pardon first made headlines via a video shared by Margo Martin, the president’s special assistant and communications adviser.
The clip captured Trump’s conversation with Savannah and her brother, Grayson Chrisley.
“That’s a terrible thing. It’s a terrible thing. But it’s a great thing because your parents are going to be free and clean, and I hope we can do it by tomorrow. Is that okay?” Trump said while sitting in the Oval Office.
He continued, “We’ll try getting it done tomorrow. So give them — I don’t know them, but give them my regards and wish them — wish them a good life.”

Todd and Julie were convicted in June 2022 of conspiring to defraud banks out of more than $30 million in fraudulent loans.
Prosecutors said the couple submitted false documents to financial institutions while living a lavish lifestyle.
In addition to bank fraud, they were found guilty of tax evasion, wire fraud, and conspiracy to defraud the United States.
Todd received a 12-year prison sentence, while Julie received a seven-year sentence.
