A group of around 500 teenagers was dispersed by police after gathering at a beach in New York for “Senior Cut Day” that descended into chaos.
Approximately 500 teenagers descended on Jones Beach in Wantagh, New York, in response to a flyer circulating on social media advertising a “Senior Cut Day,” which led to a surge in beachgoers. As reported by News 12, law enforcement had to intervene to disperse the crowd.
Witnesses told the outlet that the beach quickly spiraled out of control once the massive number of teenagers arrived.

“This beach has never experienced anything like this before,” remarked an individual who witnessed the large gathering of teenagers. “When we used to come here as children, it was peaceful. But now, it has turned chaotic.”
