A surprise second eyewitness has emerged in the Idaho student murders case and could testify against Bryan Kohberger at trial later this year.
A woman who claimed to have been the DoorDash driver in Idaho who had delivered food to victim Xana Kernodle just minutes before a tragic home invasion took place, resulting in the deaths of Kernodle, her boyfriend, and two roommates, has come forward as an unexpected second eyewitness to testify at Kohberger’s upcoming murder trial. According to the woman, she informed the police that she saw Kohberger at the scene of the crime.
The supposed driver publicly identified herself in a police body camera video that was recorded during an alleged DUI stop in September 2024. The video was later posted on the YouTube channel, Officer Axon, which shares law enforcement videos obtained through public records requests.
At his arraignment in May 2023, a judge entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of Kohberger. He is facing four charges of first-degree murder and one count of felony burglary. Should he be found guilty, he could potentially be sentenced to the death penalty.
