A potential bombshell has emerged from FBI Director Kash Patel, as revealed by our sister site, Townhall. Patel has provided a declassified intelligence report to the Senate Judiciary Committee, alleging that the Chinese Communist Party planned to produce fraudulent mail-in ballots to sway the 2020 general election in favor of then-former Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
The FBI has located documents which detail alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S. election, including allegations of interference by the CCP.

These recently declassified intelligence reports from August 2020 were not verified or thoroughly examined, and were withdrawn from intelligence agencies around the time when then-FBI Director Chris Wray stated that there were no confirmed instances of foreign interference leading up to the 2020 election, in which Biden emerged victorious over Donald Trump, as per officials told Just the News.
The Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, received the new documents after he had expressed initial concerns to the bureau regarding the incomplete validation of the intelligence, which was disregarded despite indications of counterfeit ballots.
“Thanks to the oversight work and partnership of Chairman Grassley, the FBI continues to provide unprecedented transparency at the people’s Bureau,” Patel told Just the News in a statement. “To that end, we have located documents Chairman Grassley requested, which detail alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S. election.
August of 2020 was when the report was received by the FBI, and corroboration efforts started. Then, the report was pulled by a higher authority. Who might that have been? Well, in 2020, the FBI Director was none other than Christopher Wray. Fast forward to September of 2020, and legacy media and leftists were having the vapors over the fact that Wray strongly debunked “conspiracy theories” by President Trump and others that there might be fraud in how the 2020 election was conducted.
In the space of a single sentence uttered Thursday, FBI Director Christopher Wray unwound months of wild conspiracy theories pushed by President Donald Trump and his allies about mail-in ballots in the 2020 election.
“Now, we have not seen, historically, any kind of coordinated national voter fraud effort in a major election, whether it’s by mail or otherwise,” Wray said in response to a question about the safety of voting by mail, which millions of Americans are expected to do amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Wray was testifying in front of the Senate Homeland Security Committee. Under oath. Meaning that if he didn’t tell the truth about his knowledge in regard to what he knew about the record of fraudulent voting by mail, he would be committing a crime.
Oops. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) has already indicated he still has Wray under multiple investigations and that just because he is no longer the FBI Director doesn’t mean he won’t be subpoenaed to testify on Capitol Hill.
