The Cans Contain Trace DNA From Ozzy Osbourne’s ‘Saliva’

A trailer was released by a company as part of the promotion for their product. The trailer showed the music legend drinking from the cans, crushing them, and then having them analyzed in a lab.
The off-camera narrator stated, “There will never be another Ozzy Osbourne, unless you have his actual DNA. Introducing ‘Infinitely Recyclable Ozzy’ by Liquid Death,” according to the Daily Mail.
The trailer then revealed that “each can contains trace DNA from Ozzy’s saliva, as well as his handwritten signature,” with the latter raising the possibility that the owners of the cans might one day be able to clone the singer.
“Now, once technology and federal law permits, you can replicate Ozzy and enjoy him for hundreds of years into the future,” added the voice-over.

The Singer Previously Collaborated With The Company On A Different Product

In the ad, two teenagers were seen pouring a sachet of the mix into a cup on the street. Suddenly, Osbourne pulled up in a black SUV, rolled down the window, and shouted, “Hey, kids. Death Dust? Take it from me, don’t snort that stuff.”
One of the boys then responded to Osbourne, saying that they were only going to “mix it and hydrate.”
Still, the singer didn’t stop there; he went on to list a bunch of other things he didn’t want them doing with the mix, aside from snorting it.
“Whatever you do, don’t try freebasing it and never ever inject it. And don’t even think about boofing it, you little perverts,” he added.

At the time, the Prince of Darkness also made a similar remark in a press release for the collaboration.
“I love how Liquid Death makes a healthy thing like hydration more fun. Sharon, the family, and I drink Liquid Death all the time, it’s delicious,” he said. “But seriously, don’t snort or inject anything they make. It’s much better for drinking.”

The Singer Is Facing Health Issues

Ahead of the show, there have been worries over whether Osbourne will be ready to walk the stage due to past injuries.
According to guitarist Iommi, it would be a “big, monumental thing if it all comes good” without any incidents.
“The worrying thing for me is the unknown. We don’t know what’s going to happen,” Iommi continued, per the Daily Mail.
The musician added, “You’re used to Ozzy running around, but he certainly won’t be doing that for this show. I don’t know if he’s going to be standing or sitting on a throne or what.”
