Katie Price, a well-known reality TV star and model, shared her thoughts on cosmetic surgery in a recent interview, specifically focusing on her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
During a frank discussion on Katherine Ryan’s podcast, What’s My Age Again, Katie admitted that the BBL was the most agonizing procedure she had ever undergone and expressed deep remorse over her decision to have it done.

Katie Price’s Painful BBL Experience
She vividly described the BBL surgery, which involves transferring fat from one area of the body to the buttocks, as extremely painful, saying,
“It was so painful. And it just did not look right on me,”
highlighting the emotional and physical struggles she faced post-surgery.
Additionally, she revealed a strong preference for getting surgeries done abroad rather than in the UK, declaring,
“I would never have surgery in England again. Ever, ever. I’d always have it abroad.”
This comes despite receiving warnings from medical experts about the risks, especially concerning BBLs, which are known to have one of the highest mortality rates in cosmetic surgery.
Medical Warnings and Risks
Dr. Gerard Lambe, a plastic surgeon, had previously warned Katie about the dangers of going under the knife multiple times in a short span.
He stressed that the BBL is one of the riskiest procedures due to its high mortality rate and cautioned her that she was “dicing with death” based on the number of surgeries she had already undergone. This really emphasizes the severe health risks tied to the procedure, which Katie now wishes she had avoided.
Katie Price’s Broader Cosmetic Surgery Journey
Katie has been quite transparent about her long history with cosmetic enhancements, including 17 breast augmentations, several facelifts, and a variety of fillers and Botox treatments.
Despite her many procedures, she particularly marked the BBL as her most painful and regretted surgery, indicating a shift in how she perceives her body modifications.
