Several individuals have been taken into custody after a tumultuous protest erupted outside an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) building in Portland, Oregon. The incident escalated to the point where participants were throwing knives and explosives.
According to a representative from the Department of Homeland Security speaking to Fox News Digital, one of the protesters attempted to shoot a firework resembling a ‘Roman Candle’ at law enforcement officers.

Previously on Fox News Digital, it was reported that subsequent to a protest known as “No Kings” in Portland on June 14, a group of people resorted to launching fireworks, deploying smoke grenades, and hurling rocks at federal law enforcement agents.
The rioters broke glass and breached the ICE facility, leaving four officers injured.
Officials said the building was later secured.
