A closer look at the picture reveals the viral story from the dinner, involving a young boy having some innocent fun in the background, becoming an instant legend.

It’s truly a classic case of boys being boys; personally, I have my fingers crossed that this mischievous act doesn’t lead to any repercussions as what the boy did was undeniably amusing.

The internet naturally went nuts:

The Friday post was shared by Pennsylvania Senator-elect Dave McCormack who posted the picture to X, formerly Twitter, while at what’s often referred to as the ‘Winter White House‘ in Florida.

It’s unclear if the president-elect was told about the comedy occurring behind his back, but he was enthusiastic about the progress he felt he made with Trudeau:

I just had a very productive meeting with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada, where we discussed many important topics that will require both Countries to work together to address, like the Fentanyl and Drug Crisis that has decimated so many lives as a result of Illegal Immigration, Fair Trade Deals that do not jeopardize American Workers, and the massive Trade Deficit the U.S. has with Canada. I made it very clear that the United States will no longer sit idly by as our Citizens become victims to the scourge of this Drug Epidemic, caused mainly by the Drug Cartels, and Fentanyl pouring in from China.
