BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – SpaceX announced they plan to launch a Falcon 9 rocket from Florida’s Space Coast early Monday morning.
According to officials from the space agency, the launch of an additional 21 Starlink satellites is scheduled, with 13 of them equipped with Direct to Cell capabilities. The launch is set for 12:35 a.m., with backup launch opportunities until 3:21 a.m., if necessary.
Liftoff will take place from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.
SpaceX has announced that this mission will mark the 14th flight for the first stage booster that will be used, having previously supported missions such as Axiom-2, Axiom-3, CRS-30, SES 24, Cygnus NG-21, Euclid, and seven Starlink missions.
Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Just Read the Instructions droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
