“Do not move. Do not f—king move,” a police officer on body camera told a man wanted for a bloody nationwide crime spree.
The suspect, Raad Noah Almansoori, 26, complied. The Scottsdale Police Department in Arizona arrested him.

Almansoori has been accused of murdering Denisse Oleas-Arancibia, 38, in a hotel room in SoHo, New York City on February 7. Additionally, prosecutors in Maricopa County, Arizona allege that he attempted to kill two women in Phoenix and Surprise on February 17 and 18.
According to documents reviewed by Law&Crime, the Scottsdale police were alerted to be on the lookout for the stolen vehicle of the suspect following the stabbing incident on February 18.
The charges in Maricopa County include two charges of attempted first-degree murder, two charges of aggravated assault, one charge of attempted armed robbery, two charges of attempted sexual assault, and one charge of theft of a means of transportation.
In New York, Almansoori is charged with one count of murder in the first degree, one count of murder in the second degree, and two counts of robbery in the second degree.

Bragg said. “Our professional, dedicated prosecutors and investigators will continue to build the strongest possible case, and we will be prepared to prosecute Raad Almansoori for these horrific allegations when he is returned to New York. My heart is with the family and loved ones of Ms. Oleas-Arancibia during this difficult time as they continue to mourn their loss, as well as the victims of Almansoori’s alleged crimes in Maricopa County.”
