A Guide to Every Holiday Movie on TV This Year: Have You Watched Them All?

This holiday season, Hallmark, Great American Family, Netflix, Lifetime, and other networks have expanded their selection of festive movies for viewers to enjoy. Us has compiled a comprehensive list of all the holiday movies available for fans to watch.

Hallmark Channel’s “Countdown to Christmas” and Great American Family’s “Great American Christmas” began airing in October to start the season off right. Hallmark Channel introduced the Hallmark Mystery channel and Hallmark+, their new streaming service, to bring audiences 47 brand-new Christmas movies.

Netflix has also stepped up their holiday movie game by featuring some familiar faces from Hallmark films. Viewers can look forward to seeing favorites like Lacey Chabert in Hot Frosty and Chad Michael Murray in The Merry Gentlemen.

Ian Harding pulled double duty this season starring alongside Lindsay Lohan in Netflix’s Our Little Secret and Hallmark+’s first Christmas TV series, Holidazed. (No, it doesn’t count as a holiday movie, but it’s still a lot of holiday cheer for one actor.)

Hallmark Media (4) Hallmark Channel’s 2024 “Countdown to Christmas” lineup is bigger than ever with 47 all-new original movies spanning across all its platforms. Beginning on Friday, October 18, fans will be treated to festive movies on Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Mystery and the network’s streaming service, Hallmark+. Additionally, there are four miniseries coming to Hallmark+ […]

Lifetime, meanwhile, had fresh winter-filled movies beginning in November, including The Holiday Junkie with real-life couple Jennifer Love Hewitt and Brian Hallisay. Add in Hulu, BET+ and OWN’s features and there are more than 100 movies to watch.
