Body found in wheel well of United Airlines Christmas Eve flight from Chicago to Maui

A tragic discovery was made on a flight from Chicago to Maui on Christmas Eve.

A United Airlines spokesperson told Fox News Digital that a body was discovered in the wheel well of a United aircraft upon landing at Kahului Airport in Maui on Tuesday.

The aircraft, Flight 202, took off from O’Hare Airport at 9:30 a.m. on December 24 and arrived at Kahului Airport in Maui at 2:12 p.m. local time, as confirmed by United Airlines’ website.

The airline spokesperson said that the wheel well was only accessible from outside the aircraft.

The person that was found dead has not yet been identified.
