Two former Georgia election workers, defamed by Rudy Giuliani for $148 million, have filed a request with a federal judge once more, accusing the former New York City mayor of withholding crucial information. They aim to enforce the massive judgment against him.

In the ongoing legal battle, Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shaye Moss are striving to determine how Giuliani will settle his debt to them. The fate of his multimillion-dollar Florida condominium remains uncertain, as Giuliani claims it as his permanent residence, seeking homestead protection to shield it from debt collection.

However, lawyers representing the Georgia election workers dispute Giuliani’s assertion, alleging that the Florida condo served more as a vacation home than a permanent abode. They assert that Giuliani is evading certain inquiries essential in the discovery process, suggesting that truthful responses would reveal inconsistencies regarding the Florida property.
