Michael B. Jordan’s Spicy Past With Netflix Realtors Explained, From ‘Selling Sunset’ To ‘Selling The City’

Michael B. Jordan might have a type — and that type might be luxury real estate agents.

In the latest real estate series Selling the City, from the same creators of Selling Sunset, agent Gisselle Meneses-Núñez discloses that she had a casual relationship with Jordan almost ten years ago, becoming the second Netflix real estate agent to share details about her past romance with the Creed actor.

When her boss Eleonora Srugo assigns her team the task of securing a “high profile” client looking for a $20 million property in Episode 5 of Selling the City, Meneses-Núñez skillfully avoids naming names. However, Abigail Godfrey reveals the client’s identity in her confession, stating, “It’s Michael B. Jordan. We all know. It’s public record. Everybody knows who it is. I don’t know why we’re still talking in code.”

Later in the episode, Meneses-Núñez — still carefully refraining from saying his name — shares how she knows the Friday Night Lights alum.

“This client is someone I had a casual relationship with seven years ago. We still keep in touch and remain good friends. We have discussed real estate matters,” she mentions, clarifying later that there are no romantic feelings remaining.

But Meneses-Núñez isn’t the first Netflix real estate star to become acquainted with Jordan.

In the Season 7 premiere of Selling Sunset, which dropped on Netflix in November 2023, Bre Tiesi — who was married to NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel and shares a child with Nick Cannon — also confessed to hooking up with Jordan. “I could do that and I’ve done that,” she admitted when Amanza Smith said she’d want to sleep with the Black Panther actor.

The real estate agent, whose colleagues were shocked, later told Entertainment Tonight that she didn’t think cameras were rolling at the time she made the admission.

“We were all having girl talk, and we were sitting and resetting the cameras,” she said in the November 2023 interview. “I know better and that’s my own fault. I know better. I’ve definitely learned a lot these last few seasons but that was in no way me trying to be like ‘Oh, I did X, Y and Z.’”

Tiesi didn’t say much more about their alleged tryst, though she did claim Jordan was bad in bed when she was hooked up to a lie detector test at the Season 7 reunion.

“Is Michael B. Jordan good in bed? I kind of want to know for myself. He’s my hall pass,” reunion host Tan France asked, to which Tiesi replied, “I’m gonna be in so much trouble. No.”

So, is this a crazy coincidence? Or does the Hollywood heartthrob simply have a thing for luxury real estate agents who end up on Netflix shows? We’ll leave that up to interpretation!
