ORLANDO, Fla. – MegaCon Orlando capped off a week of celebrity announcements Friday with a galactic guest — Jude Law.
The actor from the “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” series, a British native, is set to appear at a North American convention for the first time in Orlando in February.
Aside from his role in Star Wars, the actor is well-known for his performances in popular franchises like Sherlock Holmes, Marvel, and Harry Potter, showcasing his versatile talent.
This week MegaCon also announced that Mel Gibson and Danny Glover would come to MegaCon for a “Lethal Weapon” reunion.
Recently appointed as a “Hollywood ambassador” by President-elect Trump, Gibson aims to attract more film and television productions to the U.S. However, he also faced personal challenges, such as losing his California home to wildfires, highlighting the ups and downs of his recent endeavors.
Law, Gibson and Glover are among more than 100 celebrity guests meeting guests at the pop culture convention. Other stars include:

MegaCon is one of the largest conventions in the southeastern U.S. It takes place over four days, Feb. 6-9 at the Orange County Convention Center, north/south concourse.
Tickets are currently on sale on the MegaCon website. A four-day pass is $129 if you buy it by Jan. 22. Single-day passes are also available.
