An AMBER Alert was issued in Florida on Monday for a 2-year-old girl who was reportedly abducted by her mother’s ex-boyfriend.
Fort Myers police informed WFTX that Luis Valentin, aged 24, allegedly kidnapped Camila Guzman, the daughter of his ex-girlfriend, in Fort Myers before fleeing to Cultural Park Theater in Cape Coral. Specific details about the incident were not provided.
The missing girl, Guzman, is reported to be 3 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing 40 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen dressed in black pants, a long-sleeved black shirt, and was barefoot.
Valentin, the suspect, is said to be 6 feet tall with brown hair, brown eyes, and tattoos of a lion and the word “princess” on his neck. He was last seen wearing gray shorts and either a white or black T-shirt as per reports.
Police advised against approaching the pair. Anyone with information regarding Valentin or Guzman’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Fort Myers Police Department at 239-321-7700.
