Brittany Mahomes is enjoying being a mother of three.
Recently, Brittany provided an update on her life through her Instagram Stories on Monday, February 3. This update comes several weeks after she gave birth to her third child, daughter Golden Raye Mahomes, with her husband, Patrick Mahomes.
In her post, Brittany mentioned that since returning home after giving birth to Golden, she has consistently had a positive recovery score, except for the first night. She included a snapshot of her health status from Whoop, a wearable fitness tracker.
She added: “I’m very confused but I also am just happy to not be pregnant and tired all the time. Less sleep better recovery?? Make it make sense.”
Brittany also shared a photo of the view outside her home. The skies were blue, with the sun peeking out through a cloud.
“What a beautiful day it is wow,” she marveled. “Golden girl sees the sun for the first time today.”
Brittany and Patrick, who are both 29 years old, became parents to Golden on January 12. The couple also has a 3-year-old daughter named Sterling and a 2-year-old son named Bronze. Just six days after welcoming their newest addition, Brittany showed her support for Patrick, who is the quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, at his divisional game against the Houston Texans.
“@LauraBethArtistry and @RPArtistryKC [thanks for] bringing me back to life and making me feel human again,” she wrote via Instagram Stories on January 19, referring to her hair and makeup team. “Love y’all.”
Brittany took Sterling and Bronze to witness the Chiefs defeat the Texans, and afterward they joined Patrick for his postgame press conference.
“These are moments I’ll have with my family for the rest of my life,” Patrick told reporters at the time. “It’s a growing family, but [I] hope we are done growing for a little while. It’s cool that I’m able to play in these big games and the Kansas City community has brought me in to be a part of their family.”
On Sunday, February 9, Patrick and the Chiefs will take on the Philadelphia Eagles at Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans. Brittany is expected to cheer him on from the sidelines, where she’ll be dressed to impress.
As of last week, her stylist, Margot Zamet, was hard at work curating a perfect look for the former soccer player to wear to the biggest night in sports. Fans can expect Brittany to make a bold style statement, as she did last year when she tucked a red strapless top into matching latex pants featuring “Mahomes” on one leg and “15” on the other.
The Chiefs could potentially make history by winning the Super Bowl three times in a row — something Patrick has discussed with journalists.
“I think it will be something that I look back at the end of my career if we’re able to go out there and get that three-peat, but at the same time, you just treat it as one season and one Super Bowl run, which is always hard to do,” Patrick said in a recent press conference.
