At least 11 people were killed after the lone gunman opened fire yesterday at Campus Risbergska School in Orebro, according to cops.
Local reports claim that he suffered from mental health problems and lived alone.
Andersson was repeatedly denied military service, documents from the Swedish National Service Agency show.
Despite this, he was issued a license for four hunting rifles.
The documents state: “You and all other Swedish men are obliged to enlist in the year you turn 18.
The Swedish Conscription Agency will only summon individuals for enlistment whom they believe are suitable for military service, civilian duty, or to be part of a training reserve.
Referring to information from the National Agency for Education, which has been previously communicated, it is clarified that the National Agency for Education will not be calling individuals for muster.
According to the Swedish National Service, the individual in question was not called up for muster because they did not possess the necessary upper secondary school qualifications, as reported by the newspaper Aftonbladet.
And grade documents the paper has also seen show he failed to meet goals to get a final grade in primary school.
Those close to the man unanimously testify about him having social and mental problems that began early on.
Following school, he is said to have lived alone.
