Bond Girl Jane Seymour, 73, proves she's barely aged a day as she slips into racy brown swimwear to pose on the beach for sun-soaked snap

Bond Girl Jane Seymour proved she’s barely aged a day as she stripped down to racy swimwear while posing for a sizzling snap by the beach.

The beloved British actress, 73, gained popularity for her role as Solitaire in the iconic 1973 movie Live and Let Die, starring alongside the renowned third James Bond, Roger Moore.

Jane recently took to her Instagram page to share a picture of herself in a stunning brown beach outfit that accentuated her well-maintained physique and toned curves. The outfit featured a captivating corset-style detail, reminiscent of her appearance during her Bond days.

In the photo, the Harry Wild actress appeared radiant and joyous, posing elegantly against the backdrop of crystal-clear waters and a pristine white-sand beach. She completed her look with a straw hat and stylish shades, exuding timeless charm.

‘Dose of Vitamin Sea: taken! Side effects include happiness, sandy toes, and salty hair. ☺️✨ ,’ she captioned.

The star – who shot to stardom after making her screen debut as an uncredited teenage extra in the 1969 musical comedy Oh! – couldn’t look any more relaxed and carefree while enjoying her tropical getaway.

The star previously credit her ageless shape to pilates, eating just one meal a day and enjoying a glass of wine with dark chocolate.

In 2021, Jane revealed she still weighed the same as she did when she was 17 while sharing the tricks during a candid chat on Loose Women.

Although Jane said she tries to ‘keep fit and healthy’ by walking and exercising, she insisted that she is ‘never’ on a diet and believes in indulging in moderation.

Detailing her lifestyle amid the pandemic at the time, she told the panel: ‘I am staying home, I’m doing all the right things I’m masked up and not gallivanting around in Hollywood or anything.

‘I take walks on the beach, I do Pilates… I try to keep fit and I try to eat healthily but I’m never on a diet or anything. everything in moderation, it works for me.

Discussing only eating one meal a day, Jane said: ‘That’s been a really good trick, cup of coffee first thing in the morning.

‘Usually I’m up and running like now then I usually forget to eat until midday. My partner David is doing this intermittent fasting so he doesn’t eat until 2.

Jane added: ‘If I get peckish later I will eat a bit of dark chocolate and a glass of wine, that’s a meal right?

The actress also revealed that many of her girl friends are all in good shape and admitted she weighs the same as she did as a teenager at ballet school.

She said: ‘I feel like I am letting everything go, its being comfortable in your own skin I weigh the same now as I did in ballet school when I was 17.

‘I have been hanging out on zoom with my old classmates, we all look the same really, it must be the education.’

Jane also joked about how her granddaughters have been trying on the clothes out of her wardrobe.

She said: ‘One of them she’s very tall and she keeps going in my closet, she found that and really rocked it, she goes and tries the ball gowns on.’

Jane previously told the Daily Mail that she has avoided cosmetic enhancements because an actresses face ‘needs to move’ while undertaking roles.

She said: ‘I’m not Botoxed or fillered because an actress’s face has to move. I’ve had no plastic surgery to speak of and I’m still the same weight I was when I was 15.

She continued: ‘I still feel sexy. What also gives you a glow at my age is being as healthy as possible and being comfortable in your own skin, instead of obsessing about the passage of time.’

‘I feel like I’m in my prime as far as acting is concerned. I’ve been incredibly busy despite the pandemic. My agent said to me earlier this year, “Do you realise you’re the only person in my entire agency working right now?”

Earlier last month, Jane made a loved-up appearance alongside her boyfriend  John Zambetti in a rare outing in New York City.

The British acting star, who previously admitted she was ‘done with men’, donned an ‘All you need is love’ sweater as she happily posed with her man, 78.

The ageless beauty flashed her legs in a leather mini skirt and thigh-high boots in a stylish ensemble.
