Ivanka Trump’s youngest son has become a viral star thanks to his behavior around his grandfather Donald Trump at the 2025 Super Bowl.
Accompanied by her seven-year-old son, Theodore, who is her First Daughter and aged 43, the mother attended the Kansas City Chiefs versus Philadelphia Eagles game at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Upon the sharing of a video on X, previously known as Twitter, featuring the child walking on the field alongside the president, many users of the platform were captivated by the evident protectiveness he displayed towards his grandfather.
The clip showed Donald walking on the field with Theo, but as he stopped to shake hands with some people, the seven-year-old looked around nervously.
Theo seemed to be eyeing everyone who interacted with his grandfather, keeping a watchful eye to ensure everything was safe.
The heightened security at this year’s Super Bowl, as a result of two assassination attempts during the presidential campaign, was notable as Trump was present at the event.
Many people on the web joked that little Theo had the makings to become a Secret Service agent based on his behavior.
‘They’re recruiting for the Secret Service young now,’ one person joked.
‘That kid in green looks like he’s full-on bodyguard detail. (Or maybe the president is just blocking him getting to his seat.)’
‘Saw the same thing,’ replied someone else.
‘That kid in the green shirt is acting like the youngest Secret Service Agent ever,’ another user agreed.
‘Who is the boy? Sorry for being naïve, he is kinda cute and so alert. Looks like a little SS,’ a fourth tweet read.
Many Trump family members were at the game in addition to Donald, Ivanka, and Theo, including Eric Trump and his wife, Lara Trump, as well as Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend, Bettina Anderson.
Donald made history as the first sitting president to attend a Super Bowl game.
He strode onto the field to shake hands with players and local cops before kickoff at the New Orleans Superdome.
He also posed for photos with family members of victims in the New Year’s Eve attack on Bourbon Street and emergency responders and waved to the cheering crowd.
The president then headed up to his seats and mingled with New Orleans Saints owner Gayle Benson and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
Donald, who was inaugurated just three weeks ago after his seismic election victory, is attending as a fan of the Chiefs.
‘I guess you have to say that when a quarterback wins as much as he’s won – I have to go with Kansas City,’ the president told Fox News Bret Baier in clips played ahead of the big game.
‘At the same time, Philadelphia is fantastic, it’s going to be just a great game.’
He then went on to gush over Patrick and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, who are rumored to be Trump fans.
‘I’ve watched this great quarterback – who has, by the way, a phenomenal wife, OK, she’s a Trump fan,’ the president claimed. ‘She’s a mega-fan, so I happen to love her.’
His comments come after the Eagles in 2018 refused to attend Donald’s White House following their Super Bowl win.
