A Virginia mother who was found dead with her three children last week is believed to be a case of murder-suicide.
Cymone King-Roberson, 34, was using Facebook Live on February 6 when her friend saw three bodies in the background, as per a report by WAVY. The friend promptly alerted the Chesapeake police, who arrived at the location and engaged with King-Roberson.
Following purportedly disturbing declarations made by King-Roberson, law enforcement decided to deploy SWAT and crisis negotiation units. WAVY indicated that they were present at the scene when gunshots were heard coming from inside the house. This led to the discovery of King-Robertson’s deceased body, in addition to her 14-year-old daughter and the 5-year-old twins.
According to WTKR, police said they are reviewing devices and weapons as they determine a motive.
