President Donald Trump said that he wants to use a single executive order to reverse everything Joe Biden did in the White House. Trump made the comment in his keynote speech to the Republican Governors Association (RGA) on Thursday evening, which he promised to keep short so that people could watch the USA-Canada hockey game.
President Trump expressed his enthusiasm for collaborating with Republican governors, praising their outstanding performance and expressing eagerness to work together to “save America.” Criticizing the Democrats for leaving a challenging situation, he emphasized the progress made towards making the country great again. He humorously mentioned the idea of simply revoking all executive orders signed by his predecessor, highlighting the administration’s efforts to undo previous policies.
President Trump was particularly harsh on the Democrat policy positions that led to Kamala Harris’ massive defeat.
Addressing contentious issues, President Trump criticized the Democrats for their stance on open borders and transgender rights, suggesting that these are not widely supported views. He joked about the disparity in opinion between the parties, highlighting the need for constructive dialogue and understanding in political discourse.
“Together we’re going to bring back the American Dream. Something nobody talks about anymore,” President Trump said.
With a focus on immigration, President Trump highlighted a significant decrease in illegal border crossings over the past four weeks, attributing this success to strict enforcement measures. He emphasized the cooperation of other countries in accepting deported individuals, despite initial resistance, underscoring the administration’s commitment to law enforcement and border security.
Trump stressed the importance of tariffs, and how the threat of tariffs against BRIC countries like China gives the U.S. a major strategic advantage.
“We’re waging war on Joe Biden’s inflation agenda,” President Trump said.
“The Golden Age of America has officially begun,” President Trump vowed.
