Airline crew made man sit next to dead traveler, couple says
Mitchell Ring and Jennifer Colin discuss their traumatic flight on Qatar Airlines

Mitchell Ring and Jennifer Colin appeared on Australia’s “A Current Affair” to talk about a distressing experience they had on a recent flight with Qatar Airways. The couple, who live in Melbourne, Australia, were traveling to Venice, Italy, with a layover in Doha, Qatar. About 10 hours into the journey, a passenger on the plane became severely ill, collapsed, and sadly passed away despite efforts to save her.

An Australian couple went public after they claimed an airline crew made them share their row with a passenger who died during the flight.

Following the tragic incident, the airline crew had to find a place to put the deceased passenger’s body. They decided to place her in a spare seat, which happened to be next to Mitchell Ring and Jennifer Colin. Ring mentioned that when the crew asked him to move to a different seat to accommodate the deceased passenger, he complied without hesitation.
