It was another important week in the ever-expanding Sheridan-verse. The prolific mind behind Yellowstone made another appearance on his flagship series, reprising his role as Travis Wheatley as his character had the unenviable task of telling Jimmy (Jefferson White) about the death of John Dutton (Kevin Costner).
In brighter news, Sheridan’s new Paramount+ series Landman is a banger. The first four episodes of this Billy Bob Thornton-led drama about the wild world of West Texas oil rigs are now available and it’s definitely worth your time. And one final piece of news: Sheridan’s popular Paramount+ Yellowstone prequel 1923 makes its Paramount Network debut tonight at 9:25 p.m. ET. So much Sheridan, so little time.

Tonight’s (December 8) new episode of Yellowstone airs at 8:00 p.m. ET on Paramount Network and CMT.
Yellowstone will be followed by the broadcast premiere of 1923 at 9:25 p.m. ET and an encore presentation of Yellowstone Season 5, Episode 13 at 10:49 p.m. ET.

The midseason finale of Yellowstone aired January 1, 2023, on Paramount Network and the first eight episodes of the season debuted May 25, 2023, on Peacock. If the series follows a similar streaming schedule, new episodes of Yellowstone should premiere on Peacock about six months after the series finale airs on Paramount Network.
