NFL wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is currently facing a legal battle as a defendant in a lawsuit filed in the Northern District of California.
This lawsuit has also drawn in other prominent names such as music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, comedian Druski (Drew Desbordes), and singer Jaguar Wright, stemming from serious accusations brought forth by Ashley Parham.

Parham’s allegations revolve around an incident in March 2018 where she claims to have been drugged, abducted, and sexually assaulted by the individuals mentioned. She asserts that following her remarks linking Combs to the death of rapper Tupac Shakur, she was threatened, leading ultimately to the assault she now seeks legal recourse for.
She recounts a particularly disturbing incident at a gathering in Orinda, California, where she claims she was raped with a TV remote control.
The gravity of these accusations has garnered significant attention, especially since Combs is already facing multiple federal charges, including racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution.
Parham, who has reported the incident to the authorities and undergone a rape kit examination, is seeking financial compensation. The lawsuit states that during the alleged gang rape, others involved referred to Beckham by his middle name, ‘Cornelius.’ Beckham, now 32 years old, has been named in this legal action.
Both Beckham and Druski have denied any involvement in the alleged incident from 2018. In a social media post late Sunday, Druski called the claims a “fabricated lie.” Beckham responded to Druski’s post, expressing disbelief and stating,
“I am covered by God. He will prevail. That name will be cleared.”
