Machine Gun Kelly is experiencing a mix of emotions in his life currently. He is eagerly anticipating the arrival of his child with Megan Fox, his former partner. Concurrently, the artist paid a heartfelt tribute to his close friend Luke ‘The Dingo’ Trembath, who tragically passed away at the age of 39.
On March 7, MGK expressed his sorrow in an Instagram post, saying,
In remembrance of his friend, Machine Gun Kelly expressed, “I’ve lost many friends, but I’ve never lost a brother. There will never be another Dingo on this earth. A true rockstar without needing to record a song, the most loyal, loud, charming, funny, and sometimes frustrating person I’ve ever had the honor of knowing.”
Despite dealing with the loss, the musician, also known as Colson Baker, is contemplating the imminent arrival of his child. He envisions the late professional snowboarder, Luke ‘The Dingo’ Trembath, engaging in the preparations for the new baby in his life.

He shared,
“I feel like you’re up there with my new child, dressed in some silly costume, making them laugh as you get ready to send them off.” “It couldn’t be a more bittersweet blessing for this birth.”
He added,
“Life will always feel a bit emptier without you, but legends never truly fade away. We’ll all miss you, brother.”
Alongside his deep connection to the baby he and Megan are expecting, the 33-year-old also mentioned how profoundly the loss has impacted his 15-year-old daughter, Casie, who shares a mother with Emma Cannon.
“Breaking the news to my daughter that you’re gone was one of the hardest conversations I’ve ever had because she loved you so much,”
he reflected.
“I’ll always remember when she was too young to understand that your name was Dingo, so she called you Ping Pong.”
Despite their rocky beginnings, Dingo had previously recognized that he and MGK were meant to be friends.
“We’re quite similar,”
he said during an appearance on Back Your Story in 2.
“Both of us have dark pasts, and once you get past that… I have a talent for spotting greatness, and he’s always had that greatness within him.”
That same year, Dingo openly supported MGK, expressing pride in him.
