Elon Musk’s daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, has made some serious allegations, stating that her father has treated her gender like a business transaction. Vivian, who is 20 years old and has been publicly distant from the tech mogul for a while, claimed that he arranged for her to be registered as male at birth.
Vivian and her twin brother Griffin were born while Elon Musk was married to Canadian author Justine Wilson. While she has previously discussed her relationship with her father, she recently went a step further by asserting that he paid to ensure she was identified as male at birth.
“My assigned sex at birth was a commodity that was bought and paid for,”
she posted on Threads this week.
She implied that being transgender conflicted with what her father expected based on that payment.
“So when I was feminine as a child and then turned out to be transgender, I was going against the product that was sold,”
she said.
She expressed, “The expectation of masculinity that I had to struggle against my entire life was essentially a financial transaction. A financial transaction. A FINANCIAL TRANSACTION,”
Vivian emphasized.
She also questioned how something like this could be legal.
While Musk hasn’t responded to Wilson’s allegations, the two appear to have a very strained relationship, especially after his hurtful remarks regarding her transition.
Last year, Elon, who has about a dozen kids, mentioned Vivian and claimed he was “tricked into signing documents” to provide puberty blockers to his transgender daughter. He referred to “gender-affirming care” as a “terrible euphemism” and called puberty blockers “sterilization drugs.” “I essentially lost my son.
They call it deadnaming for a reason,” he remarked in a controversial interview with Dr. Jordan Peterson. He added,
“The reason it’s called deadnaming is because your son is dead … killed by the woke mind virus.”
Shortly after the interview in July, Vivian responded, saying her father was lying.
“If you’re going to lie about me in front of millions, I’m not just gonna let that slide,”
she stated. She recounted instances where he would harshly criticize her for being feminine and insisted she speak with a deeper voice when she was younger. “He would constantly yell at me because my voice was too high,” she remembered. “It was cruel.”
