BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Police in Broomfield are asking for the public’s help as they continue to investigate a road rage shooting from over the weekend.
The shooting happened on the eastbound lanes of US 36 near West Flatiron Crossing Drive at around 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
After a preliminary investigation, it was revealed that one person sustained a gunshot wound in the neck due to three bullets hitting their vehicle. Fortunately, the individual’s injuries were minor, and they were expected to fully recover after receiving medical treatment.
The suspect vehicle involved in the incident was identified as a white sedan. Police reported that the sedan was observed driving recklessly in the eastbound direction on US-36 between McCaslin Boulevard and Interlocken Loop.
