Garcelle Beauvais was not pleased with Leslie Bibb’s strong criticism of how she responded, or did not respond, to Sutton Stracke comparing her wallet size to Dorit Kemsley’s on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
On Tuesday night’s (March 18) episode of Watch What Happens Live, the two actresses discussed the issue with host Andy Cohen, who pointed out that Beauvais did not seem bothered by Sutton’s comment.
“Yes!” Bibb loudly agreed as she moved in closer to Beauvais, who immediately exclaimed, “Girl, back up!”
Despite appearing unaffected, Beauvais clarified that she was indeed upset by her friend’s words. She said, “I was like, ‘Whoa, whoa, whoa. Like, that’s too far.'”
Ignoring Beauvais’ first warning, Bibb leaned in and put her finger in the reality star’s face as she asked, “But why didn’t you say anything?” to which Beauvais, lifting her finger in the same manner, replied, “Oh, my God. Who are you? Dorit?!”
Both women might’ve laughed off their tense exchange, but Watch What Happens Live viewers were quick to defend Beauvais.
“I understand giving an opinion, but do not come into my personal space, do not put your fingers in my face…,” one viewer wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter), while another added, “Leslie was sooo extra, she wanted a moment.”
A third person said, “Leslie Bibb was annoying me so much on #WWHL. I can only imagine how Garcelle felt with her sitting next to her.”
Someone else pointed out, “Erm Leslie came across as very much like her character in The White Lotus on WWHL (which is not a compliment). Like she stayed on Garcelle’s jock the entire time!?”
A fifth person added, “That Leslie Bibb girl being rude to Garcelle all throughout the WWHL episode,” while another fumed, “Her energy towards Garcelle was gross.”
Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
