BAY LAKE, Fla. – Often deemed the favorite Walt Disney World park for grown-ups, EPCOT is set to introduce a fresh lounge experience that requires visitors to be at least 21 years old.
Scheduled to open its doors in 2025, GEO-82 pays tribute to the intertwined history of Spaceship Earth and Disney World’s second-oldest park. It aims to honor the past of the iconic attraction while also embracing its future.
Positioned as an ideal location for watching fireworks, the lounge provides a sophisticated setting for adults to enjoy unique cocktails and small plates influenced by global cuisine. As per the Disney Parks Blog, GEO-82 will feature designs and elaborate structures inspired by the park’s iconic symbol.
GEO-82 will be the first of two new lounges coming to Walt Disney World in 2025 as a Pirates of the Caribbean-inspired tavern will make landfall in Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom.
As for an opening date, Disney says it will share those details at a later time and when guests can make reservations, as well as a menu reveal.
Advance reservations are required.
