ABC’s popular new show High Potential won’t be back until January, and fans of Doctor Odyssey, Grey’s Anatomy, and 9-1-1 will have to wait until March for new episodes. That leaves us with The Rookie and Will Trent.

Nope. Olaf’s Frozen Adventure airs from 8:00-8:30 p.m. ET, followed by Toy Story That Time Forgot. The nine o’clock hour belongs to Disney Prep & Landing and Disney Prep & Landing 2: Naughty vs. Nice.
A repeat of America’s Funniest Home Videos ends the night at 10:00 p.m. ET.
The seventh season of The Rookie debuts Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. ET on ABC. The episode will be preceded by the returns of Will Trent and High Potential.
