Tom Homan Insists He Doesn’t Care What Judge Thinks, Trump Admin ‘Will Continue to Deport Threats’

The border czar, Tom Homan, expressed that the Trump administration would follow court orders related to deportations, as they believe the laws are on their side and they are determined to keep arresting threats to the US.

Controversy has emerged surrounding Federal District Court Judge James Boasberg’s ruling to redirect deportation flights of illegal aliens to El Salvador back to their home country mid-flight.

The reported Thursday that Boasberg might hold the administration in contempt for “possibly having violated his ruling pausing the deportation.”

In an interview with ABC News anchor Jonathan Karl, Homan reiterated the administration’s commitment to continue their operations despite the court’s decisions, stating that they are resolute and unconcerned about the opinions of activist judges.

Karl asked for clarification, and Homan didn’t waver.

“I don’t care what that judge thinks as far as this case. We’re going to continue to arrest public safety threats and national security threats,” he said. “We’re going to continue to deport them from the United States.”

Homan, who has worked as a border enforcement official under both Donald Trump and Barack Obama, pointed out that the White House can abide by the orders and simultaneously have the law backing their efforts to continue carrying out the most extensive mass deportation effort in American history.
