Ohio man wins $1 million prize from scratch-off ticket

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A northwestern Ohio player has won $1,000 a day for life after winning the top prize in a draw game on Thursday.

The winner bought the winning ticket in a multi-state draw game called Lucky for Life, making them the first winner in Ohio for the game this year.

The Ohio Lottery said the player purchased their ticket at Walt Churchill’s Market, located at 3320 Briarfield Blvd. in Maumee.

The winning numbers were 2-5-11-14-28, and the Lucky Ball was 18. The player chose their numbers.
