Television presenter and fashion stylist Jules Sebastian has revealed how to make French toast cereal and says it’s so delicious you will want it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The mum-of-two posted a video of herself preparing the meal on Instagram – and it quickly went viral.

The recipe calls for milk, cinnamon, a brioche loaf and eggs – the same ingredients used in a typical French toast recipe.

The difference is, as Jules demonstrates in the video, how the bread is cut and served.

Instead of being in one large slice the mum cut up bite-sized pieces of bread.

She then soaked the bread in the French toast custard which she made by whisking milk, eggs and cinnamon together.

She fried the small rectangles of custard-soaked bread until they were golden brown.

The ‘cereal’ is then served in a bowl with ice cream and strawberries.

Jules found the recipe from the Food Dolls on TikTok and begged her fans ‘don’t not try this’.

And her fans were delighted – with thousands liking and commenting on the post.

‘Yum, a busy weekend cooking ahead,’ one woman said.

Others asked how she manages to look so good despite eating and drinking so many ‘delicious’ treats.

‘Lots of baggy jumpers,’ she answered sweetly in the comments.

‘Jules, if I make everything you share on Insta I am going to be another 10kg overweight,’ one woman laughed.

While others were sceptical about eating ice cream for breakfast.

‘I think I would serve with Greek yoghurt instead,’ one woman said.
