Candace Kaye Bailey was born on 20 May 1982, in Birmingham, Alabama USA, and is an actress as well as a television personality, probably still best known for being one of the co-hosts of the G4 show entitled “Attack of the Show!” during its run from 2010 to 2013.

She attended Gulf Breeze High School in nearby Gulf Breeze, Florida, but after matriculating enrolled at Marymount Manhattan College located in New York City, relocating to a place closer to the entertainment industry. She was also interested in gymnastics, and was competitive, even reaching the Junior Olympics before deciding to leave the sport.
Acting Career
In 1999, Bailey made her professional acting debut as the character Deena Hauser in an episode of “The Sopranos”, a crime drama television series focusing on the fictional life of mobster Tony Soprano, as he tries to balance his life along with his criminal organization. Three years later, she got her first hosting job in the Nickelodeon show entitled “U-Pick Live”, on which she would stay until 2005. The show allowed viewers to control what to air during this time slot through internet voting, with hosts of the show, including Bailey also participating in gags and sketches with audience members, as well as celebrity guests.
In the show, she created a fictional band called The Pickles alongside co-host Brent Popolizio, based on the Pickle Family characters in the animated show “Rugrats”. During this time, she also guest-hosted an episode of “Slime Time Live”, and co-hosted a childrens-oriented version of the Super Bowl XXXVIII pre-game show for Nickelodeon. In 2006, she was cast in the television series “Jericho”, in which she played the character Skylar Stevens in the show set during the aftermath of a nuclear attack in 23 major cities of the United States.

Further Work and Career Break
While working on “Jericho”, Candace also did voice work for the animated series “Robot Chicken”, which is a stop motion comedy sketch show and very popular, having won numerous awards including six Emmys. She also appeared in the Maroon 5 music video for the song “Goodnight, Goodnight”, but things changed after the cancellation of “Jericho”, when unable to find any acting roles, she worked as a babysitter and cocktail waitress while looking for other acting opportunities. According to an interview, she mentioned that the experience made her appreciative her opportunities. In 2010, she returned to acting in an episode of “Ghost Whisperer”, which is focused on the character Melinda Gordon played by Jennifer Love Hewitt, who has the ability to see and communicate with ghosts.
Attack of the Show!

After this appearance, Candace was then hired as the new co-host for “Attack of the Show!” joining Kevin Pereira, which aired on G4, Fuel TV, Maxxx, and G4 Canada. It is known for boosting the popularity of several of its hosts such as Olivia Munn, and focused on new technology, parodies, pop culture, also previewing new movies, video games, and other media.
After two years with the show, her co-host Pereira announced that he was leaving to pursue work in television production, and a few months afterwards, G4 announced that they would no longer renew the show as a part of the network’s rebranding, deciding to air its final episode in 2013, during which a montage of clips from previous episodes was aired. Reports later surfaced that the show was also cancelled due to dwindling ratings. Candace had a few more acting projects after leaving the show, including guest appearances in “Anger Management” and “NTSF:SD:SUV” but became inactive soon afterwards.
Personal Life and Social Media
For her personal life, it is known that Candace was romantically linked to actor Seth Green in 2006 and 2007, even appearing publicly during the premiere of the film “I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry” before breaking up. In 2011, she married writer and producer Brian Corsetti, but they divorced three years later, and she has now been married to Ajay Rosen since 2015. The two decided to marry after the birth of their son, and they would also have a daughter in 2016, who has been featured in websites of Macy’s and Gap, advertising some of these brands’ new baby clothing for sale.
Similar to numerous television personalities, Candace is highly active online through Instagram and Twitter, on which she mainly posts photos of herself, her family and children. She doesn’t seem to be interested in continuing an acting career, apparently being focused on raising her children.
