A Washington County District Attorney’s Office photo shows Steven Neil Milner, who was sentenced for the murder of Kenneth Fandrich in a parking structure. Fandrich was ambushed and strangled by Milner, who then tried to stage the scene to make it appear as if he died naturally.

Steven Neil Milner, a retired veterinarian from Oregon, was given a life sentence for the murder of his ex-lover’s husband, Kenneth Fandrich. Milner had been stalking Fandrich before ultimately killing him at his workplace parking lot.

The 58-year-old Milner was convicted of second-degree murder, stalking, and violating a court’s protective order. The verdict was announced by prosecutors after a trial in which the details of the crime were revealed.
