A man in Las Vegas is facing allegations of threatening to kill his girlfriend in a disturbing doorbell video. Prosecutors claim that 29-year-old Markeem Benson shot his girlfriend, Renise Wolfe, four times in the back of her head after making chilling statements like “I just want to kill your a–”, only to later assert self-defense.

In a video captured by the doorbell camera, Benson is heard saying, “I just almost want to kill you, b—-,” to Wolfe, who had been in a relationship with him for just five months prior to the tragic incident. The footage was obtained by the Clark County District Attorney’s Office and local CBS affiliate KLAS, shedding light on the harrowing events that transpired.

Multiple videos captured within a span of several hours on Dec. 22 appear to show Benson at Wolfe’s apartment on the night she was killed wearing different sets of clothes and wiping up blood, according to the North Las Vegas Police Department and Clark County prosecutors. He is also seen and heard allegedly threatening her.
